Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You receive the wrong item

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use
  • Items returned after the 48-hour return period
  • Products purchased on special offer or clearance sale
  • Customized or personalized products
